How we do it

The DirectionGroup will help client companies discover and seize
marketing opportunities. After we have received your brief we go
through the following process:

Selection. Once we have met & discussed your requirements
together, we will select from within the DirectionGroup the best
company to operate as the lead Agency.

Analysis. We will gather and analyse information, gaining from
research or consumer insight that will form the foundation for the
core positioning and solutions for your marketing plan/initiatives.

Planning. Strategies and tactics are thoughtfully developed into
a working plan to help you formalise and meet your immediate
and mid-term marketing objectives.

Ideas. We will help you devise, name or design new products,
services and fresh ways to communicate messages and product
ideas.

Proposals. The lead Agency will then co-ordinate the relevant
specialist companies to create & present their joint proposals.

Tools. We will help you execute the agreed marketing plans
using the best specialist marketing skills for the job/budget.

Transparency. We offer total transparency in our fees.
All of the DirectionGroup Partner companies provide a genuine
discount (usually 10%) to the lead Agency. This is passed on,
in turn by the lead Agency which simply charges a co-ordination
fee (usually 15%). This means (on most purchases through
DirectionGroup) you pay only 3.5% over the actual
agency-managed supplier cost.

DirectionGroup development. A fixed percentage of the
co-ordination fee (usually 5%) is paid to DirectionGroup for the
continued development of the Group's services, for the benefit
of existing & potential new clients.
DirectionGroup does not independently seek profits.
